Cancellation policy

High seasonJune, the 01st - September, the 30th 2011

• cancellation occurring before 72 hours upon arrival no more charge will occur
• cancellation occurring between 72 hours and 24 hours prior to arrival in addition to the deposit one night penalty will be charged
• cancellation occurring after 24 hours prior to arrival the whole stay will be charged

In any case 20% of the total amount will be required upon reservation as deposit [not refundable in case of cancellation].

Mid – Low season

October, the 1st 2010 - May, the 31st 2011
